Families of Benghazi attack victims file lawsuit against Clinton

Patricia Smith and Charles Woods, parents of two Americans soldiers killed in the Benghazi attacks in 2012 and have filed a lawsuit against the Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.

In the 17 page document, they make their case for why Hilary should be held accountable for her actions and cite her for the cause of wrongful death and defamation.

Section Five of the suit hold facts that will be used as evidence against the defendant Clinton it states that her private server was not only the source of information that was hacked by foreign countries but that Islamic terrorist obtained information “[of] the location of Ambassador Christopher Stevens and thus the U.S. Department of State and the covert Central Intelligence Agency (“CIA”) and other government operations in Benghazi, Libya.” Terrorists then used the information to plan an attack, according to the suit.

Clinton campaign spokesman Nick Merrill said the former secretary of state’s handling of the Benghazi incident has been investigated multiple times and none found wrongdoing.

Patricia Smith spoke at the Republican National Convention denouncing Hillary Clinton as a lier and someone who did nothing when American lives were on the line. “Nobody listened. Nobody seemed to care,” she said after talking to her son on the phone for the last time before he was killed in a terrorist attach at the embassy. “I blame Hillary Clinton, personally for the death of my son,” Smith said.
